Cup Cabbage, 1 Onion, ? Cup Carrot, 1 Handful Spinach, 9 Stone Ear Mushrooms (?? ??=SeoGi BuSut), 1 Green Hot Pepper & 1 Red Hot Pepper, Thick Fresh (or Frozen) Noodles for JjamBbong Seasoning Ingredients: 4 Tbsp Hot Pepper Oil, ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 3 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 4 Tbsp Soup Soy Sauce, 2 Pinches of Black Pepper, A little Salt to Taste (Optional) Yield: About 3 Servings Special Music: “??? ??? ??” by GOODFRIEND

yes.. this is a Korean style Chinese food.. when Chinese-Korean came to Korea.. they had Chinese restaurants..and since then.. Koreans eat this dish.. ^^
