Broth Ingredients: 6½ Cups Water, 1 Dried Anchovy Pack (or 6 ~ 8 Dried Anchovies), 8 Kelp (2 X 2 Inch) Main Ingredients: 12 Jumbo Shrimp (or 15 Small Shrimp), ? Cup Squid, 15 Mussels, ? Cup Cabbage, 1 Onion, ? Cup Carrot, 1 Handful Spinach, 9 Stone Ear Mushrooms (?? ??=SeoGi BuSut), 1 Green Hot Pepper & 1 Red Hot Pepper, Thick Fresh (or Frozen) Noodles for JjamBbong Seasoning Ingredients: 4 Tbsp Hot Pepper Oil, ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 3 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 4 Tbsp Soup Soy Sauce, 2 Pinches of Black Pepper, A little Salt to Taste (Optional) Yield: About 3 Servings Special Music: “??? ??? ??” by GOODFRIEND

    yes.. this is a Korean style Chinese food.. when Chinese-Korean came to Korea.. they had Chinese restaurants..and since then.. Koreans eat this dish.. ^^

    @kamika102 China, Korea, Japan was all influenced by each other. Mostly the chinese culture influenced korea and japan. This is life where we can share food and enjoy it :)
